Hi everyone! I volunteered at the library today and it was sooooo much fun! First I helped out with an author visit and I handed out paper and pencils. Later, I gave out prizes to children that finished the summer reading challenge. Then I cleaned up all of the pencils and I moved furniture back to its normal place (after the author left). There was a stroke group too but I didn’t help with that. I shelved some books and sorted them alphabetically which was fun. I also helped set up the colouring in table. I set up the Lego, supervised it, then cleaned it up. I also picked books up and put them back where they belong. I chatted to the children about books they have read too! It was sooo fun! I finished off by chatting to a lovely lady in a different language!
