The Summer Reading Challenge website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions which take effect from the date of first use.
Although care has been taken in preparing the information contained on this site, we do not guarantee its accuracy, and the Reading Agency is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for any loss or damage suffered by users of any of the information published on these pages.
All information on this site is provided ‘as is’, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Competitions posted on the site are subject to the above Terms and Conditions, as well as the following additional points:
- Competition is open to UK and Eire residents only, and entrants must be aged 12 years or under. The judges’ decision is final.
- If you win a prize, a member of the Summer Reading Challenge team will contact you by email to arrange postage. Any prize that is not claimed within three weeks will be reassigned to a runner up.
