it’s safe for tigers to occasionally drink from saltwater pools, and while they can tolerate higher salt intake than other animals, this does NOT mean that they can consume large amounts of salt.

Sea water makes them very dehydrated and sick but a little salt is OK not GOOD.

I am the weirdest animal in earth
Oh sorry I made a mistake I’m not from earth, you see. I moved when I was very young, from Joop. I visit there every year, through the teleporter! It’s just not well known, coz the government are working on it in secret. Turns out humans can’t really go through it onto joop. Pity!
