Hi and a happy new year to all of u guys today is the epiphany the sixth. This is actually the day when Christians exchange gifts! Have any of u guys seen the new movie Avatar the way of water? And also have any of u guys watched Wednesday Addams it’s a really big hit this year or should I say last year?

Would you stay?

The geese are flying to warmer lands
Wing in wing, like hand in hand
But we are left here in the snow
If we had wings, would we go?
And scout the sky for the sun’s rays
Missing out on winter wonderland days
Leave the frozen ponds of ice
And hot chocolate with nutmeg spice
Presants wrapped under the tree
The boughs of ivy and holly.
No, I would stay in this world of snowy drifts
And brave the cold because of nature’s gifts

Snakes do slither into a coil.
It’s time to make,
This person into a snake!

The reversal spell:
I’m really sorry,
Just don’t worry.
’Cause from a snake,
A human I make.

Hey everyone! Here’s the next post from the Old Poetry and Rap Society.

My heart is aching, yearning for each man,
They let go of our hands, and walk slowly away.
Leave us this day, come back so soon.
Promise you’ll be back? I shall count down the days.

Wrap your arms around me, you have to let go,
I wish this would stop, crash goes the bomb.
Run to the shelter, no time to wave goodbye.
This war is so wrong. The men are gone.

Seconds feel like days, days like years,
Years really do pass, goodbye, goodbye.
People leaving and coming, life has change.
Can’t remember the look of your face, oh why, oh why.

Very little food, I’m used to it now.
You’re a distant memory, like a long-gone dream.
Mother looked after me, her mind is longing, I look after Mother.
Father come back, hard work for you me.

A high pitched whistle; run fast out the gate.
A bustle of injured men, not everyone’s there.
“What’s going on?” our mouths drop open.
Familiar short dark hair.

A wheelchair, some bandages,
But it’s really you!
I literally can’t stop crying, Father.
So much emotion, it’s true.

My tears go into this poem.
My feelings, so now you know,
What it truly felt like.
At our age, all those years ago.
