Hello,
I recommend Michelle paver and laren st John but if you don’t like reading about fire don’t read the white giraffe because there is a big fire at the start of the book!

I have a few of her books but I like things for less girly girls (not saying that tomboys won’t enjoy them)

But I like stuff about spy’s and dark fantasy secrets!
