Apparently you just have to leave really good reviews
When you add a book to your profile, add a review. If you add lots of book reviews that are interesting and informative, you could find yourself being awarded the Star Reviewer badge.

Well,you read any book and then you write a bit of a long review and add lots of detail to it. What you liked or disliked, your favourite characters, what bits the author did good, etc! You may have to try again and try to spell things correctly!
