I am as old as time, but only a month old. What am i?

A man lives on the 10th floor of a building.
Every day, he takes the elevator down to the ground floor to go to work.
When he comes back, he takes the elevator to the 7th floor and walks up the stairs to the 10th floor.
Why does he do this?

A woman goes to a café and orders a cup of coffee.
She drinks half of it and leaves.
Later, it’s discovered that the coffee was poisoned.
However, only the people who drank it all died.

Why didn’t the woman die?

Two people were born at the same moment.
They have the same mother and father.
They are not twins.
