Hi, has anyone read the shadow and bone trilogy? if not I would really recommend it .

it is aimed at slightly older kids, so people aged 11+ (it has swearing and a slightly dark theme)

so far I have only read one of the books, but it was extremely good and beautifully written.

if you like the sort of books that are mysterious, magical and descriptive, I would really recommend you this series.
the main character is such a strong and independent female, and I cant wait to see more of her in the next book.

Has anyone read The Master of the Fallen Chairs? I’ve read it and it was REALLY good, I would recommend it to people who like magical mysteries! It is about a boy called Kim, and a man called Igthy Maa-Tu Clava (Iggy for short) and together they discover murder, secrets, evil, good and all things in between! Although I haven’t read the other book in the series, I would recommend it to everyone!
