I think you should REALLY read War Horse by Michael Morpurgo. It may be sad but it is very gripping and exiting. I would also reccomend another book by Michael. Its called shadow. These books are for ages 9-12. I rate them 101% out of 100%

I find the Cornelia Funke books quite enjoyable, along with the “My Story” series. I’ve been hooked to all the books by Cornelia Funke and all the books in the “My Story” series. It’s worth reading!

I love the book Molly moons hypnotic time travel adventure by Georgia Byng. It is really funny!!!!! I RECOMMEND IT!!!

I’ve just read War Horse. I really really recommend it. It is full of adventure and action. But it is a bit sad so i don’t really think that young children would like it. And now I am reading the sequel to War Horse. It is called Farm Boy.
