It is the year 2090. The prime minister or should I say Purr Minister? Anyway the Purr Minister is Queenie Fluffypaws the cat. My name is Harper Hughes, i’m a human and I’m 12 years old. The first day I saw that cats were getting smarter was on a Tuna Tuesday.

It all started with my dog, Clover, chasing a white cat up a tree. I thought it was normal but the next day a group of talking cats came to my door! They said they were the Feline Bureau of Investigation. I thought I was dreaming. I closed my eyes and opened them again.

When I opened my eyes the cats were gone! So it wasn’t real. But after that things started changing. There were milk fountains in town squares, catnip cappuccinos, a new National motto: If I fits, I sits! and worst of all cats would video humans and upload the vidoes onto Mewtube.

The worst thing happened two months after it all started. Dogs were banned! I cried for days when Clover was taken, but little did I know that that wasn’t the worst things that was going to happen. Instead of humans having pet cats, cats would have pet humans. Worst of all my owner was Queenie Fluffypaws the Purr Minister!

Inside, a short story.

B3 shivered again, wondering where she was. After a freak accident, she was alone in a train station with no memory. Just then, a train trundled past and came to a stop, waiting for passengers. Acting upon a hidden instinct, she clambered aboard, and it set off at the speed of light. “Heeeellp!” She cried as she sped past flashes of crimson walls. Suddenly, the vehicle came to a abrupt stop and ejected B3 out. Lying on the cold floor, she gathered herself together and leant against the wall until she stopped feeling dizzy. A welcoming door stood in front of her, and she staggered through it. Looking around, she could see rows and rows of comfortable poster beds. She noticed a faded blue notebook lying on a nearby bed. Her curiosity getting the better of her, she opened it…

This was the year 4023. In a town called Fluffy Chinatown.
This was the town of cats… there was even a cat prime minister! (Now that is just bonkers!!!!) In the middle of the town there lived a grey, female British longhair. (The British longhair is a sweet tempered, round-faced teddy bear of a cat. These fluffy felines originated in Britain and are a cross between the British short hair and Persian cat breeds. The British longhair has technically been around for centuries, but has only recently been recognised as its own breed.)

Irate, Ben stomped along the dark, cobbled street. A lonely lamp flickered. Angry sweat trickled down his forehead. He was hunting for someone, searching for the person who had caused all of the devastation and destruction. He was looking for a malicious creature.

Ben seethed as he gazed at a park that had been destroyed. The fireman’s pole was bent and the swings were ripped cleanly in two. Who could have been so evil? Suddenly, he heard a creaking noise. Ben’s ears pricked up, he peered over his shoulder and saw a dilapidated shop door swinging in the wind. A shiver ran down his spine as a towering shadow crept towards him.
“Now what do we have here?” cackled a voice from above.

I was walking in the forest for a very long time.It’s dark and mysterious trees loomed over me like black hooded figures.I felt shivers down my spine.I t was freezing cold so I wrapped my scarf tightly around my neck.I didn’t want to stop walking because everytime I did, the biting wind made a statue.I walked and walked, and as I walked the path seemed to get narrower and narrower.Then I came to an end.To an end that ends here.I thought that I was lost forever, but not until I saw light shining somewhere between the trees.My hopes where up once more, so, I went to the light.I crawled through the bushes, branches and lots of more things.At last, I came to a massive old door.It looked like ones a palace has but way much older.Bright purple flowers covered the outline.I stood there thinking whether to open the door or not.At last, I held out my arm to the handle.It all happened so quickly,I didn’t remember anything except for the moment I touched the handle and was transformed into another world.In seconds, I was lying on the soft beach sand.I opened my eyes.I lied there for minute or maybe two.I was getting hot.
