Hi everyone, I am expressing my concern for the state of the planet. There are greenhouse gases being released into the air, and many species are becoming extinct due to habitat loss, among other factors. However, there are some things that you can do to help.
1. Use your car less. Cars emit gases that pollute the air. Also, they use up petrol, which is a finite resource. There are many alternatives, such as riding a bike or walking.
2. Find replacements to single use plastics. These are plastics that you use once and then throw away, and they can end up in the ocean and injure sea creatures.
3. Like, use a reusable water bottle instead of plastic ones.
4. Also, use silicon or metal straws instead of plastic ones, or just drink straight from the cup.
5. Next, use a reusable shopping bag when shopping, instead of a single-use plastic one which can be eaten by animals.
6. Do not go on flights in aeroplanes, which emit a shocking amount of greenhouse gases.
7. Remember that lots of small actions can make a big difference.
