hi it really depends what sort of books you like. If you like reading long books then I would recommend the harry potter books by J.K Rowling. Or ink heart, sorry I don’t know who that’s by. Some of the authors I like are Cathy Cassidy, Jacqueline Wilson, Jeremy strong, Enid Blyton, Davis Walliams and C.S Lewis. A really good author who covers some very serious and sad topics is Michael Morpurgo. He is a great author and if you haven’t tried his books you should. He writes Alone on a wide wide sea, born to run, private peaceful, dear olly and cool. If you are looking for a very quick read go for the daisy meadows books. Also if you are looking for a book that is based for 13-16 year olds go for a Darren Shan book. Warning they can be very gory.
