I would say harry potter by JK Rowling i was instantly stuck into that book
Have you tried the Artemis Fowl books by Eoin Colfer. In fact all of his books are great and you should be able to find them in your local library.
Or the Young Bond series by Charlie Higson are great adventures. As are the Alex Rider books by Anthony Horrowitz.

mythical books are good
‘The Parent Swapshop’ is a bit like Horrid Henry so I would recommend that book. Instead of a boy being naughty, it’s a girl that swaps her parents for other parents. She doesn’t listen at all to her real parents because she doesn’t like that she’s not allowed to do whatever she wants.
I love horrid Henry books as well. I can recommend a comic not a book. comics good for laugh .

What sort of adventure books do you like and what sort of age are you? But any way, I would recommend the ‘Young Bond’ series by Charlie Higson, ‘The Hobbit’, the ‘Percy Jackson’ series by Rick Riordan,’ The school for good and evil’ and The lord of the rings. I love them all. :)

i have read the felicity wishes books before but i prefair jaqueline wilson books.
I love books loads too! They’re really fun. I love reading ‘See Inside Houses From Long Ago’, but when my Gaga stays with us I ALWAYS make her read ‘Dick Whittington’. When we were on holiday in Spain I made her read it 18 times!
