In response to Baroness Esmerelda Biscuits it is star reviewer instead of reporter so maybe you get it if you review a certain amount of books?

Maybe two hundred or so? It doesn’t say when you click on the badge. I am working for 50 at the moment.

The star reviewer badge is for when you read over 100 books.
