This is General Cynthia Armadillo and I would like to inform you of a very sad thing. I have not got the time any more with SATS and other exams to be part of this website. I’m going to resign from your book club. I hope that you had a very nice time in the Carribean – I’d like to go there myself

Would you like to join my Jacqueline Wilson Club? You may make some new friends there. However, I do know of some brilliant books for 9 year old girls!
1) Try the Emily Feather series. Start with the first one (Emily Feather and the Enchanted Door) as it explains everything.
2) Rent a Bridesmaid by Jacqueline Wilson. One of my favourite books.
3) The Person Controller by David Baddiel. Very good.
4) Return to the Secret Garden by Holly Webb.
5) The Winter Wolf by Holly Webb.
Please note I do like Jacqueline Wilson and Holly Webb.
