I would definitely recommend Eagle in the Snow . It is by Michael Morpurgo. I’ve read his books about 7 or 6 times . AWESOME LANGUAGE!!!!!!!!!!

It’s Christmas!
I want to tell you a few things we did at school…
We watched the movie Home Alone 2.
We made snowmen biscuits.
We played Benchball and Dodge Frisbee.
(I was given by my friend a present and I gave them one too)
Attendance Certificates.
Sweets!
Had a Christmas Jumper Day.
Xmas lunch!
Christmas Party.
