Hi guys.
It is so great this website, I seem to love having a community of people who enjoy reading as much as I do !
Recently, my friends ( at my old school) call me a bookworm and say reading is boring !
So this website is a great way to connect with other “friends” of the reading community!
I would like to say that if you are bullied or distressed or even worried about friends or people saying you are a bookworm or a book freak, because reading is an amazing thing and reading opens your imagination up and makes you good at things like writing and creativity ! So all I want you to know is, there is people out there exactly like you , who are inspirational and very into books! The Summer Reading Challenges even make people who don’t read become bright readers, who are the authors of tomorrow ! So don’t say " So and so keeps calling me a bookworm and no – one else is " well there is people like you and me who are called the same. So don’t worry you are not alone ! So I would like to thank, the authors for inspiration, the Summer Reading Challenge organisers who have made every year’s challenge amazing and unforgettable and of course all the children out there who are participating in these challenges, who will be the authors of tomorrow !
