I think you have to review different book different amount of stars EG: rate 1 book 1 star and another 2 and so on till you have used all of the stars but that is still a guess lol

you have to read how many books it shows on the badge and then you get the badge.
They are on some stickers given to you and there is a bit called my badges and codes on your profile bit and you tap on there and you can write in the code.
