for biscuit
125g of softened butter
50g of caster sugar
175g of plain flour
sieve
spoon
rolling pin
bowl
greaseproof paper
how to:
sieve flour and add sugar and butter
mix until it looks like dough
make into ball shape
add a little milk if needed
roll it out but dust the surface to stop it from sticking
cut into any shape
put the oven to 180/350-gas mark four
then you will have biscuits
ask an adult to help with the oven or the hot stuff

For cakes:
2 eggs
100g of soft butter
100g of self raising flour
100g of caster sugar
a large mixing bowl
a sieve
paper cupcake cases
cupcake tin(but I just put them on a tray because I didn’t have one)
teaspoons
wooden spoon.
How to:
grab your amount of flour and sieve it into the bowl
add you soft butter and caster sugar then break two eggs
mix it all together(this will be hard)
put them in the cases then in the cupcake tin or on the tray
set the oven to 180
then put two tea spoons of the cake mixture in
then bake them for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown
icing is optional.
Tada you have a cupcake
