When you start to create a profile, you choose a name, you have a profile, so you can’t change your name!
you cannot change your name but you can change your avatar. you click on all badges at the bottom of the badges you have earned and at the top where it says games below it there is a button saying change avatar. if you click on that choose your avatar but make sure you press save
