It will ask you when you go on your home page
Go to home and then tap on change squad member.
When you login it shows your name on home usually and underneath it says something like change avatar or something like that, press on it and then there you can change your avatar and name and then you choose your avatar and then you press on the avatar you want and then go to he bottom and there it will say save press on save and then just go back to home and continue with you r challenge.

Go to home and you should see the words hello mademoiselle tulip bobble-hat .Under that , it should say change squad member {click on that}.Next , scroll down and you should see different characters that you can choose from .When you have chose your avatar , scroll down again and click save.
