Hi you have to go in to your profile and click on change your avatar. If you have unlocked enough then you can change it to a new one.
You have to read new books and earn new badges.The more badges you earn the more characters you unlock.

underneath your name above your goal there is a button saying CHANGE SQUAD MEMBER click on that then select the picture you want and scroll to the bottom to click save
I think you just have to go to home and then add a book, on the top of the page is edit profile

First, go to home
Second, press chang sqaud member
Lastly, choose your character
On home there is a button that says change squad member.
You go to find a read and then you click change character and if that don’t work I don’t know
I know! Go to the section that is called ‘home’ and it should say hello avatar name and then it should say “change squad character” the click on that and scroll down when you have chosen and click save. :)

You click ‘home’ then click ‘change squad member’ then choose your wanted member then scroll all the way down to the bottom and click ‘save’
U go to home then under your name it says change squad member click on it and you will be able to change it
you have to press change squad member and it should come up with lots of different ones
you have to go back on avatar and then change it
I think you have to go into home and then it should say change profile charcter in pink!

At the top, there is a pink button and a green button. Click on the pink one that says my challenge. When you are on your challenge click change my squad number.
