The Summer reading challenge doesnt let you read messages online. they only let you add books if youve read them. you can go to the library or read a book at home. if the book you search doesnt come up then press add this title. it should work. maybe check the connection?

I might have an answer to your question. I thought that it might be playing up as your’e forgetting to add however many stars you want to rate it. Don’t worry if it is as I did it the first time and it popped up with it on my screen as well.

That happened to me once but now I can add books.
If you mean you want to READ A BOOK then you need to load a app called libby or storylab.
