You go to rewards and then at the bottom of that it has a box for you to put the code in

And maybe you didn’t press the save button below.

When you press on the home button it will say who you are and the right underneath it will say change avatar.

It says at the very bottom…..CONTINUE ……

You press on the one you want then you scroll to the bottom of the page and press ‘save’

And you have to press save at the bottom of the page

On home, there are words in white at the top. The last one says change avatar and you can click on that.
