depends how old you are but personally i suggest reading the Dave pigeon series, diary of the wimpy kid or even tom gates! They are all really funny books! Enjoy reading :)

Hi I’m Duchess Peaches Gormenghast, you said you like Narnia and H.P well I think that land of roar is also a great book and that you should read it. It’s full magic, and it has lots of imaginary things in it but it also has a bit of a modern twist to it.

I recommend the How To Train Your Dragon books by Cressida Cowell! I had read the Harry Potter and Narnia series as well, and as I got bored with no books to read I had a go with the HTTYD books. They were a complete lifesaver! I am now on the final book, book 12, and it’s very exciting! The books are very different from the movies but they are still really nice. Have a good day :)

What kind of books do you like?
Hmm, that’s an interesting one. I have many genres I like. Here are some authors I like to understand more: Lemony Snicket; Jaqueline Wilson (Although I’m starting to grow out of her as I’ve read all of her books); Robin Stevens; Andy Griffiths and much more. My genre is sort of a mixture of Mystery, Young-Adult Romance and Comedy. It’s a strange mixture but I like most books, the cover also gives me feelings for if I will like the book or not, It depends on the illustrations too. I’m so sorry if I have made this too confusing, hopefully you understand most of it. Thanks for reading, and for the thoughtful question!

Hi, you might like the Treehouse Stories by Andy Griffiths and illustrated by Terry Denton, they look long but aren’t too long because a lot of it is made up out of pictures.
Funniness rating out of 10: 10
You might also like Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russel and illustrated by Nikki Russel (the main character that writes the diary is also called Nikki!). They are average size long and have quite a lot of pictures.
Funniness rating out of 10: 9.5. Beware! This book contains lots about mean girls and crushes!
And lastly, Tom Gates wrote and illustrated by Liz Pichon. It is average size long with loads of drawings here and there. Liz also does Shoe Wars (I haven’t read Shoe Wars, I’ve read a taster.)

I recommend the David Waliam books or Dork Diaries.However,Dork Diaries do get a little boring after a while(I’ve read ten of them so far).Also,Dork Diaries are good books for people who like drama and David Walliam’s books are good for people who like books that make them laugh.
