I would recommend the Isadora Moon series, its about a girl Half fairy, Half vampire, totally unique!
Kylie Jean is good and Finley Flowers! How old is she may I ask, because Kylie Jean and Finley Flowers may be a little babyish for her if she is older than 9!
I recommend the diary of a wimpy kid series.
Any daisy books by Kes Grey. My younger sister loves them and there are many different ones.
