It's full of secrets and surprises. I learnt about the Twelve Tasks that Hercules had to complete in Roman mythology.

I recommend this book, the 6th in the series. It's a fun, mysterious read and all the Roman words explained in the back of the book. The series is amazing.

Nubia was amazing when she faced the lion and when she went to fetch her tutor when she heard some wild animals were on the loose.

I would recommend ages 9-13 reading it because it full of things you might of not known about the romans. My favourite character was Flavia because she was funny and I also liked Oleosus because he did his job and did the right thing and listened to people carefully and didn't rush there answers and questions and he was funny as well.

I liked this book. I read it in about 3 sittings because it was really good and nearly every chapter end had a cliffhanger so I just had to read on. The story was about Flavia Gemina and her three friends who had to complete the 12 tasks of Hercules. It is set in Roman times. I started reading this series because my topic is Romans at school. I would recommend it to friends.
