This book is called this diamond of the Drury Lane and it is written by Julia Golding.This book I loved.This book is one of seven historical fiction adventure books.The series is set in the 18th century in London where a girl named Cat lives.She lives in the theatre royal,Drury lane after she was abandoned on the front steps of the theatre and taken in by a kind gentlemen.The main themes are slavery,equality.Yes,this book is fiction but some of the characters are real historical figures.Anyway,I am not telling you too much about the book since you will find out once you hopefully read it.My favourite character is probably Cat royals since she is an orphan,independent,strong willed but she is very feisty.Thos book interested me since I think I am a lot like Cat royal other than the fact that she is an orphan.I also love reading adventure stories.I find them easy and intriguing to read it everyone has different opinions.Finally,I would recommend it to someone else if they like historical,adventure books or like whatever I enjoy reading.Overall,I think this is a fantastic book and hopefully someone else in the future enjoys it just as much as I did.
