Reviews

This was a really good book and gave me a wonderful insight to a 1st class Titanic boarding. It was sad to find out all the men had to stay behind though; I never knew that. I would recommend it.

I thought this book was fascinating because it explained about a poor girl who went on the Titanic with a lady she had never met before. The girl was hired as a companion for the lady, and so she got to live like a rich person on the ship. It was interesting to see her experiences of this through her own words. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading about the past.

Liked the history , some of it was very sad. I learnt lots about the Titanic, I liked the cabin boy . I think other people who like history would like it.

This book tells you about a girl who lived in a orpanage called St Abernathy's in London. She went to a lovely house, the home of Mrs Carstairs.Mrs Carstairs talked to Margaret Anne about going aboard the great Titanic with her. But when the passengers are woken on a freezing night in April 1912, she finds herself caught up in an unimaginable nightmare. I think this book should be enjoyed by girls who likes learning about History. This is what I think of this book. Holly ps. who-ever has got that book now I hope you are enjoying it.
