This was a deep poem book put together by Gaby Morgan which included true poems from people who experienced the First World War themselves . I would give this book 4 1/2 stars and recommend it to anyone over the age of 8

This book has some fantastic poems but some are very moving. If you don't like depressing books, don't read this one. I recommend reading the poem Mangel-Wurzels; it was my favourite poem in the book!

I found this book very good. All the poets have shown their emotions about the war through words, putting in a poem. Read it!
