I like when Leo met the gorgon because the gorgon was actually a little girl but the gorgon had green skin. Its fiction. I would recommend it to my friends

An exciting story of Leo being commanded by the Greek goddess Athena to defeat monsters attacking the city.

This is a graphic novel with really great illustrations and just the right amount of text. The story is based on Greek mythology and is about a boy called Leo who wants to be a Greek hero but everyone thinks he's too nice to fight the mythical monsters. He has been brought up to protect all magical creatures, but maybe there's a way he can do that while still looking like a hero. This book is part of the 'Brownstone's Mythical Collection' series.

The beasts made friends with the humans which was amazing. I loved the pictures. My favourite character was Cetus the water snake.

I really enjoyed this story, because it’s got some of my favourite Ancient Greek characters like the Nemean Lion, the Hydra, the Ceryneian Hind, Cerberus and the Minotaur! I liked that Leo, the main character promised to protect the mythical creatures instead of hurting them, even though he wanted to prove himself a hero by completing quests like his idols!

The Greek and Roman myths are my favourite, but it’s not my favourite one of the series.
