This was a book that really made me think. The story written in verse moved me and I wept and really felt the story. When I was reading it, it felt like I was there and I couldn't help but hate and love all the way through. This is perfect for people like me that just love books that have a deep meaning. The message it gave about domestic abuse in families and how it affects people was very strong. It gave a strong message about raising awareness and woman's rights. This was a five star book, and it earnt it. Manjeet Mann is a very talented author that deserves a congratulations.

I enjoyed reading Run Rebel because it tells you that when times are hard, you should be resilient and stay firm. The main character was a girl called Amber and she felt trapped from her Dad and decided to create a rebellion with her Mum. I also like how the book is set out inside as it isn’t like a normal book. I would definitely recommend this to others as it is an inspiration to me, and it can be to all.

It looks really big, but I read it in an afternoon. Still good though.

It's an amazing verse book that was a page turner and emotional. It is quite adult so I would recommend it to people 13+ (it has swear words in it)

I liked the way the book was written in verse. You wanted the characters to fulfil their potential and succeed. I would definitely recommend this book as it conveyed the message of hope even when situations are hard.
