I like the book as it has historical facts but it can also be scary.

This book was very educational but it was (in some places) rather gory. I would say appropriate for kids age 7+.

I love history and what they did as punishment through the ages so I felt like this book was made for me! I really enjoyed reading about how people all around the world would punish others through the ages! I gave this book a five because, I just absolutely loved it!
