Add your books to unlock badges!
The Summer Reading Challenge website is available all year round, so you can play games, enter competitions and keep track of all the books you’ve read!
To add a book, look out for the blue button that says ‘Add a new book now’.
You can search for your latest reads, rate books out of 5 and write reviews to share your thoughts.
Adding the books you have read will unlock new badges that you can see on your profile page.
Every year there are extra special Summer Reading Challenge book badges to collect.
You can unlock one for reading 2 books over the summer, one for reading 4 books and one for reading 6 books.
These special badges don’t stick around!
If you’re taking part in Mischief Makers, make sure you add your library books to your profile to unlock the 2/4/6 badges before they disappear!
Every book that you add also gets put into the Book Sorter, so your recommendations will help other kids find great books to read
