I have! Vicky Angel By Jacqueline Wilson but its not scary though.

The Jaqueline Wilson books are good for sadness and realism.Try her book My Sister Jodie,or maybe read Lily Alone.
Otherwise,you could try teen fiction-I read Prom nights from Hell and I was hooked! (Although it is not realistic.)
Ask your library-they may be able to help.

Try Ruby redfort by Lauren Child. They are amazing! I know what you’re thinking, ‘Lauren Child? Doesn’t she write Charlie and Lola? Those books are for babies!’ But Ruby Redfort isn’t. Honestly, they are fantastic. I promise. Seriously.
