I like Julia Donaldson too. My mummy is helping me with the reading challenge. I can read on my own now, but I still need help for tricky words. I also like reading Quentin Blake, Roald Dahl (The Magic finger and The Twits are the hardest I’ve read yet), and Oliver Jeffries. Keep going the more you read the better you get, and then reading is even more fun.
You are very clever for a six year old I am eight and when I was six my reading age was twelve, but you are still doing well because I was taught to read before I went to school and I went to school when I was three. Though still very well done!
I had to wait until I was 4 to go to school. I also dance, play the piano, go to rainbows and swim in a club, I am going to start Hockey too soon. I read charlie and the chocolate factory a few weeks ago, but if I get too tired to read at night time from all my activities mummy reads to me instead. I like being read too as mummy and daddy put funny voices on, which is funny. What books have you read, perhaps I could try reading them?
Saving snowdrop is a good book it’s by Jenny Oldfield also the rainbow faries series by Daisy Medows. Hope my ideas come in useful xxx
