Micheal Morpurgo books are great to read i recommend shadow and the butterfly lion, the butterfly lion is a thin(ish) book but its still great!!
Also I love hetty feather cause she so brave
You should try the next book in the Hetty Feather series, Sapphire Battersea and the one after that Emerald Star. Also try the other Jacquline Wilson books and Ali Sparks

the school for good and evil by Soman Chainani is a really good book about the characters from fariy tales.

I think if you want to accomplished winning the competition (especially if you are older) reading thicker books are the best.

I find the hunger games as a really good trilogy to read but can be considered boring if you have not read or have no interest in those books. Also, may I recommend the bodyguard series, full of adventure and thrills.

maybe try some Cathy Cassidy books like the series of The Chocolate Box Girls or Looking Glass Girl!(LGG is a thick book but I have just read it in 5 days… so its quite easy!)

i liked Inkheart( even if you like it don’t read the second),the wolf princess(cover my look bad but it is a great book) and hacker.
i recommend Cookie by Jacqueline Wilson.
it is thick and i think you will enjoy it as you enjoy Hetty Feather.

Even if you can’t get into the next book still read it as he has a lot of exciting adventures in the books to come Guess what there is going to be a book 10 in the series! I can’t wait!!!

i have read the hunger games they are really good i have also watched the films but the book are much better

The books are always better than the films, well most of the time
i prefer reading the books first so i can make up what i tink the characters look like in my head!! i think it is more fn to make them look how you think they would look

I watched mockinjay part one
I love the hunger games especially the books because the three films I have watched, Hunger games, catching fire and mockingjay part 1 are a bit gruesome. But I know someone who LOVES the hungergames films and books and is a huge fan

Hey, I’ve read all the books in the hunger games series, they are amazing books and each book gets more exciting as you read, once you start reading the hunger games, you won’t want to put it down till you finish! I’ve watched the movies too, and can’t wait for Mocking-jay part 2,they are wonderful movies and Jennifer Lawrence is an amazing actor but as usual, the books are better.

Hey, i LOVE reading too, once i start reading , you can’t make me stop! i love the movie ‘The Theory of everything’ and i’m going to read ’ A Brief History Of Time’ soon , i like books about maths and science(physics) too, they are my favorite subjects.
