Hi I am 12 and I have the same problem I have a few suggestions to help you. I like reading these books but others might not. Just to note these books I would say are suitable for 10-13 year olds who have a reading level above their age:
The Curse of the Ugly Pigeon
Twelve Minutes to Midnight
The Revenge of the Ballybogs
Any of the David Walliams books
I love reading comics preferably DC or Manga
