Revolting Rhymes is one of my favorites, too.
Charlotte’s Web is another great one—Wilbur the Pig wants not to be turned into bacon when Fall comes, so Charlotte the spider makes a plan to save him. All the farm animals help—even Templeton the Rat, who cares mostly about himself.
