I love curious incident of the dog in the nightime, by mark haddon although it is for older readers and is a murder mystery through the eyes of an autistic boy. It is truly a brilliant book!!!

The Famous Five:Five Go To The Mystery Moor.

Seriously, try the ‘twelve minutes to midnight’ triology. They are sooooo good and by Christopher Edge. Another great book by him is ‘the many worlds of Albie Bright’.
