I didn't really like this. The animals had a race and the hare lost even though he was really fast.

I liked this book. It was funny, the hare says he would beat the tortoise in the race but he slept instead of keeping going and the tortoise won. It teaches you to not be mean to other people and that you don’t have to be the fastest you just need to take your time and finish

My favourite character was the hare because he thought he was so fast against the tortoise and thought he would win. But because the hare took a long nap he lost and the tortoise won.

It is an educational book. It teaches you that you shouldn't boast. I like the tortoise. I would recommend the book to others.
