I Believe In Unicorns
Morpurgo Michael, Blythe Gary
Originally published as a short story in The Sunday Times, this rousing tale is set in a town in eastern Europe. In the local library, a boy becomes captivated by the stories he hears read aloud by the librarian, who sits astride a model unicorn. When war comes, the library is burned, but the children manage to rescue the books. They guard the books throughout the occupation, and when the war ends, they resurrect the library, full of their beloved books.

This book was very good I used to love unicorns and I didn't think that boys liked them a nice book to read

I loved this book because it had unicorns in but was still quite grown up and that is why I loved it so much! I would recommend this book to older children who still like unicorns.

I liked this book because it had an 8-year old boy called Tomas saving a unicorn from a library on fire. I would recommend this book to people who love unicorns. My favourite character was the unicorn lady.
