I really enjoyed this book. I rate it 5. This book was so good, I didn't want it to end. I thought that Holly Webb could of said the word "said" less, but her ideas were really good. I recommend you to read it. My favourite charachter is Star, because she is just too aorable to resist. (The illustrations in this book is really good. And of course the book.)

Very nice story about a girl Jasmine, who is asked by her neighbours to look after their cat Star. Jasmine is very fond of Star. They are having a good time together, until Star disappeared one night. Jasmine and her family were very sad and started to look for her, but there was no sign of Star.....She was found following day in the neighbours house and what a surprise! Two little kittens were next to her. So finally Jasmine dream came true - own kitten!

I loved this because it has my most favourite things in it, animals and a touch of mystery and of course, cuteness. My favourite character is definitely Star, Jasmine's next-door neighbours' kitten. Jasmine loves cats so is thrilled to cat-sit Star while her owners go on holiday for Christmas. Jasmine sort of reminds me of me because I love animals but personally, I'm more of a dog person. It is probably part of my top 10 favourite books.
