I preferred the first book personally but this one was still super good. I liked best the mum. This book is very exciting to read and I couldn't put the book down! I would definitely recommend it to kids aged 5-10 years old

I love this book. I like mattie the best. I can’t wait to read the next one I like the bit where they have a barbecue. I liked learning about all the stuff that live on the beach. It’s a great book I would recommend this book to people who loves holidays and the ocean.

I like Stan and Kia because they love each other.It was a non fiction book.I was interested because she wrote in her diary they no one will fall of the cliff and it did happen.I didn’t have any thoughts.I will recommend to anyone who like to go to Cornwall .

I liked this book and how it is from Mattie's point of view. It is really mysterious and how Mattie makes a new friend who turns out to be something quite extraordinary! I would recommend to people 7+

I liked this story as I enjoyed hearing about the Butterfield family's adventures on their Summer holiday to Cornwall. Mattie is my favourite character because she is always wearing different hats and she has a funny personality. I would recommend this book for someone who wants a light hearted read.
