I love that the story was set Ina tropical island and the goblins thought that the baby sea turtles were monsters from their world. My favourite character is Pearl because is kind and can talk to fairies also and he helped find the 4th missing conch shell.

I would recommend this to a friend to see if they would want to keep or would like to read and buy the whole series. I like the character Tess the best. This is a fiction book.

I liked Tess the most. I mostly liked the part where Tess came out of the sandcastle and Rachel and Kirsty turned into fairies.

I think that this is one of my favourite RAINBOW MAGIC books that I have read yet and I have read a load of RAINBOW MAGIC books. I think it is a big 5 stars. My favourite character is Tess because she has very pretty hair and I love her turtle Pearl. I would recommend it to anybody who loved RAINBOW MAGIC like I do.

This book is in a series of books called the ocean fairies, the are seven that I’m not going to type as it would take too long. The nasty snow and ice fairy Jack Frost has stolen the special shell before the ocean fairy got to play it. The shell broke into seven bits. Quickly, the queen sends the ocean fairies magical sea animals to gard then. The girls and Tess must find Tess’ sea turtle and a peace of the shell before Jack Frost’s goblin servants find the. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who has just started reading independently.

This book has a bit of magic in, so that is why I rated it 'number 4', instead of 5, because the goblins in the story didn't provide much of a conflict - they were just running away from turtles, so that seemed a bit silly. I did like that there are different kind of fairies than I had encountered before. I liked the character Tess best because she was the cleverest in the story. I would recommend it to someone else.
