I thought it was a good book to read and I didn't want to put it down. I thought that what I read was encouraging because in the book alice-miranda has to do difficult tasks that no one else in her boarding school had to do because the rule said anyone under 8 had to do a very hard test, camp on their own for five days and win a sport event of their choice against the schools master and this only applied to alice-miranda but she completed everything. It was fiction and I liked alice-miranda best. I would recommend this to someone who is a girl that is 8-10.

I absolutely loved this book. And i still love it! Alice is very curious and very kind. I have only read this book so i would definitely recommend it. I'm 11 and i still love it, it's perfect for children aged 6-13! It intrested me because it had so many chapters and each chapter was amazing and different! It is an amazing book. You must read it. (Or read all of them!)

I loved Alice Miranda because she is kind, helpful and changed the whole school better. It was not an exciting book but it was fun to read.

My favourite character is the main character, Alice Miranda because she is really kind to people, even if they are mean. I would recommend it because it is full of adventures. I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

miss ophelia grim the headmistress, doesn't like alice-miranda at first and sets her a test.but, on her world hike she met a stranger who is called mr aldous grump and then miss ophelia grim finds out why alice miranda is so important.

It's funny, the girl is a genius and only aged 7 3/4. She goes to a boarding school for nine year olds. A happy adventure story.
