I loved this book as it has all the characters from the series coming together to protect the castle from a Darke invasion, they all must team up and work together. My favourite character in this book was Simon as he came back to help his family and stop the Darke Magyk.

It was very interesting, exciting and, like all books by Angie Sage, funny. I was up late at night reading this and i couldn't put it down. I think if you like Harry Potter you will like this.

This was amazing!!! When all hope is lost, Angie has managed to make a happy ending even while seeming that this is the end!! Amazing cliffhangers and plot twists!! I loved it!!
