Reviews

This book was terrific. I love the mystery and the type of style it is written in. It all starts with a terrifying earthquake. As the people in the broken castle think it is a normal earthquake but they do not know it is the start of lots of weird events. There are mysteries to be uncovered as the new teacher comes to home school the children. They are curious of how hairy the teacher is and think he is a werewolf but is that true? The character that I would most love to be is the raven, Edgar because he is free to roam around the castle and is very clever. I would definitely recommend this book because it is was an interesting mystery novel which I think other people will also enjoy.

This book is mysterious. Solstice and Cudweed find out their tutor is a werewolve, with a curse of killing people. Their Mum and Dad don't beleive them. Can they revive everyone and stop the curse before it is too late and the curse kills everyone?

its weird but kind of cool cause the whole thing is supposedly written by a raven that lives in a castle with a weird family called the otherhands. their names are solstice , cudweed , valevine , minty , and the raven is called Edgar, their secret weapon for everything.

This book was particularly entertaining with the characters and such but the thing that stood out for me was the fact it was written in 1st person by the pet of the family - a raven?
