Sid is a sausage dog without an owner. He longs for someone to love and care for him. Maybe if he shows everyone how very clever he is they’ll want to give him a home. But things don’t go quite as Sid plans.

It is a story about a dog no one likes but at the end he saves little Billy’s diner from burning.

My favourite character is Sid as the book is about him. He saves somebody’s house from a fire. I would recommend this book to somebody else. It has a happy ending.
