I liked that Akimbo got to take the lion home and look after it. I found it funny when the lion, called Simba, would not eat anything!

I really like how the intensity builds up to reveal the meant to be huge , ferocious lion but it really was just a harmless , small cub!! I really admire the part where the author demonstrates always follow your heart no matter the felling of wrongness by saying 2x there's no turning back now !!

This book was great because it had lions. Iove animals and this book was about taking care of animals. My favourite character was the lion because I love Big cats.

I liked this book but not the ending. I thought Akimbo was very brave to help the lion cub.
